What competitions will take place and when?
– Confectionery Decorations (exhibition): 22–25 February 2026 (all days of the fair) – judging on 22 February, first results on 23 February, final + participants' decorations on 25 February at 12:00.
– Polish Dessert Preparation Championships: 24 February 2026 (Tuesday), open to visitors from 10:00, results and award ceremony at 16:30.
– Polish Confectionery School Students' Championship (PCSSC): 25 February 2026 (Wednesday), announcement of results and award ceremony at 15:30.
Who can enter?
– Decorations: adults only; no territorial restrictions (participants from all over the world).
– Desserts: teams of two registered by businesses operating in Poland in the catering/HORECA/confectionery industry, etc.
– PCSSC: teams of two students from catering/confectionery/bakery/food schools based in Poland.
How do I register for the Confectionery Decoration Exhibition and by when?
Via the online form or PDF; applications until 9 February 2026 (23:59) at wystawa@exposweet.pl. Participation will be determined by the order in which complete applications with payment are received.

How do I register for the Polish Dessert Preparation Championship and by when?
Online form + CV (up to 1,600 characters) and photos of three desserts sent to mistrzostwa@exposweet.pl; applications by 10 January 2026. Maximum of 6 teams will qualify; decisions by 16 January 2026 (23:59).
How to register for the Confectionery School Students' Championship and how many teams will be in the final?
The school sends the form and one photo of the work by 7 November 2025; eight teams are admitted to the final, with information about qualification provided by 7 November 2025.
What are the entry fees?
- Decorations: PLN 100 for the first job, PLN 50 for each subsequent job; members of the Polish Association of Confectioners, Caramel Makers and Ice Cream Makers – exemption from the fee; payment due by 9 February 2026. (Account and invoice details – in the regulations).
- Desserts: no fees.
- PCSSC: no fees.
Team composition and personnel changes
- Decorations: individual competition.
- Desserts: teams of 2, the captain is the contact person and decision-maker; the company may replace team members; if the captain's cooperation with the company ends, the Organiser will decide whether to continue the competition.
- PCSSC: teams of 2.
Competition tasks and topics
- Decorations: categories K1–K6 (cakes, exhibits, floral arrangements, cookies/cupcakes/gingerbread cookies), any theme.
- Desserts (theme 2026: "Polish desserts – yesterday, today and tomorrow"): two sets of 8 desserts - (1) with chocolate, (2) fruit without animal ingredients; weight 80-120 g; 6 pieces for evaluation, 2 pieces for photos/audience.
- PCSSC (theme 2026: "Discoveries and inventions"): 8 desserts + 2 cakes (1 for presentation, 1 for tasting, 800-1200 g each).
Requirements regarding edibility/materials
- Decorations: all visible elements must be edible; invisible supports may be used; salt dough is prohibited; frames/wires must not touch edible parts.
- Desserts: non-edible elements are prohibited; ready-made/pre-prepared products may be used, but must be disclosed; elements requiring baking must be baked on site; raw materials in unmarked containers.
- PCSSC: all elements edible; baked elements (e.g. sponge cake) may be brought in; raw materials without original packaging/logos.
What does the Organiser provide (equipment/stations)?
- Decorations: tables with black tablecloths for display.
- Desserts/PCSSC: approx. 12 m² box; including tables, mixer, induction hob, microwave, GN trolley, sink, blast chiller, cold store/freezer (partially shared); additionally, combi steamers and chocolate tempering machines in the common area.
Assessment and scoring scales
- Decorations: 0-100 points (aesthetics/colour, techniques, difficulty, originality, theme).
- Desserts: 0-600 points (including creativity/aesthetics, theme, techniques, taste, organisation/health and safety).
- PCSSC: four modules worth 0–100 points each (dessert tasting, cake tasting, cake presentation, organisation/cleanliness).
What are the prizes?
- Decorations: special prize - Grand Prix (cup + PLN 1,000), Gold Nomination (91–100 points - gold statuette + PLN 400), Silver (81–90 points - statuette + PLN 200), Bronze (71–80 points – diploma + badge).
- Desserts: 1st place PLN 10,000; 2nd place PLN 4,000; 3rd place PLN 3,000 (plus medals/diplomas/cup for the workplace).
- PCSSC: vouchers for schools: PLN 7,000/5,000/3,000 + cups/medals/certificates; material prizes for participants.
